Sanitisation Mirage complies with the standards set out by the BWCA ’s Code of Practice. This is a list of recommendations that companies, in the industry, should follow to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are kept. Service Card Each cooler, whether plumbed-in or bottle-fed, has a service card attached to the back. When the machine is inspected or serviced, the card is filled out enabling the customer to check when the machine was last serviced. Mirage ensures that all machines are serviced regularly and welcome our customers to read the card.
Bottle-Fed Coolers These require all parts that come in contact with the water to be sterilised every three/four months and limescale removed regularly to ensure the best possible product. POU Coolers Mirage take it upon ourselves to service these machines more regularly than what is recommended by the BWCA, i.e. a three-month inspection and a six-month filter change.
